The heavy-duty HDRS3016-19 BulkTote® is ideal for metal stampings  and other heavy, dense components.  Designed to hold 500 lbs, these  containers are built for long-lasting durability in heavy-duty  applications.  When empty, the HDRS3016-19 BulkTote has the ability to  be manually handled without the need of a forklift.

The BulkPak® 6548 HDR collapsible containers are ideal for the  storage and transport of long, heavy parts. These extended-length bulk  bins were designed for lengthy, hard-to-fit parts common in the  automotive industry. With weight capacities up to 2,000 pounds, these  plastic reusable bulk containers are ideal for all types of automotive  and industrial applications.

ORBIS BulkPak® 7048 HDR Series containers can fit almost any part  or component and replaces other forms of transport packaging such as  metal racking that can rust. Additionally, all plastic reusable bulk  containers can be stacked, without racking, upright or collapsed. These  extended-length, collapsible containers are ideal for automotive  applications. 

ORBIS BulkPak® 7848 Series containers were specifically designed  to handle extremely long and hard-to-fit parts. These collapsible  containers are ideal for use in automotive and appliance applications.  The extended-length, collapsible bulk bins offer smooth internal walls  for dunnage installation.

The 1000×800 MultiTank is an innovative 400 liter reusable alternative to drums and IBC tanks.  It stacks when full and nests when empty. Its lid features innovative sealing  technology. The unique conical design makes it nestable when empty,  increasing return truckload optimization. With a 6:1 nest ratio, users  can save up to 75% in storage space. 

Designed in European dimensions and produced in Europe, the 1200mm  x 800mm GitterPak™ holds up to 900 kg and is a reliable substitute for  metal gitterboxes, metal tubs and wooden crates. As part of the ORBIS  line of FLCs, the GitterPak (Model HDB1208) offers logistics advantages,  warehouse cost-savings and an environmentally friendly alternative to  steel tubs, wood pallets and crates. 

The HDB1210 GitterPak™ collapsible container system was engineered  for rugged, high weight applications as well as parts requiring  increased packaging protection. Comprised of tough, durable high-density  polyethylene, the HDB1210 series is designed to optimize your supply  chain while providing key features and benefits such as multiple  heights, access door and bottom configurations as well as enhanced  repairability features for easy, on-site repair.

Choose from a wide variety of covers for ORBIS bulk containers.  Designed for each different footprint, these covers protect parts from  dust and contamination during storage and transport.

The OpteBulk™ Systems comprise of a pallet, sleeve and top cap and  is an economical collapsible bulk containerfor lighter weight loads.  Select pallets feature a locking tab that secures the sleeve to the  pallet and top cap. Sleeves can be fabricated from paper or plastic  corrugated materials with custom features designed to meet a variety of  applications. Multiple custom sleeve heights and designs are available.  ORBIS offers custom printing and graphics available for easy  identification. OPTEBulk sleeves are available with drop panels,  split-sleeves and steel wire reinforced walls. The pallet/top cap design  allows for maximum cube utilization in trailers.
